Where do you see yourself in your future? How much are you fitting God into your plans? This Sunday we were blessed to have Austin bringing the word to us in his own way. So I don't know if you know this, but the bible doesn't need help in translations or updates. The word is so simple and us in the world tend to over explain or complicate what God says tyring to "help". And from that we envelope ourselves in this self-righteous cloak and begin to throw stones or blame at people for the way they are acting. Most of the time the problem is within us, so drop the stone and join us in listening to a wonderful word by Dr. Sarah on how we can live our lives better and progress further in Christ after we've put the stone down. THIS IS A CELEBRATION! In the book of Mark Jesus is riding on a donkey into Jerusalem for his victory parade, but what the people thought he was coming for wasn't what it was. The people thought Jesus was coming to save them from the political nation of Rome, when instead Jesus was coming to save the hearts and souls of the people giving them a much greater reward. So to is the same small idea we hold God to. We expect/pray for God to do the little things for us when he has such bigger plans in our lives.
