In the first message of the new year, Pastor Joel starts off by explaining the importance of saying ‘Yes!’ to God in our lives and how there is more than just accepting Jesus as your saviour.

Pastor Joel concludes the One Big Christmas series by calling us to remember those moments when God did something for us in our lives.

Because He came, there is Rest and Peace with God. Do not let your heart be troubled. He offers us a resting place with Him, by being alone, quiet and still. We also find that there is Peace, which empowers resting in His luxurious love.

We are not the same, because He (Jesus) came. He came to give us hope & wisdom. We need to accept His help that He’s already provided, by casting our care, & fears on Him. Learning to let them go, so He can go to work on our behalf.
