Our nutrition has a profound impact on our physical and mental health, so it stands to reason that in order to recover from burnout, you must properly fuel yourself with excellent food, lots of water, and sleep. The problem is that change may be difficult and overwhelming, especially when it comes with slowing down your life in order to recover from burnout.
