Forgiveness can be  a charged and ugly word because of how much it elicits vulnerability. There are some who celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ, whose life epitomizes the power and authority of forgiveness.  People hurt others, oftentimes intentionally, without any understanding or accountability of the consequences, because they know not what they do.  During this episode, I will be joined by Candace Parrott, CEO and founder of Fresh Waters Consulting (https://fresh-waters.org/ ).  Listeners will hear a discussion on how beautiful this word can be when its meaning is understood and how it helps to shape us as women and mothers into becoming Defenders of Self-Justice.
