As Global Director Talent & Organisation Development I was end responsible for all Talent activities (Acquistion & Management, see previous role), organisational effectiveness & design programs and Learning & Development activities.
As Global Talent Director (from January 2012 till aug 2013) I was end responsible for all global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management activities, including employer branding and 2.0 branding strategy, sourcing and selection strategies, workforce planning, management training and talent & diversity programs. From December 2012 till April 2013 I was based in Pune, India.
