Pavlos Pavlakis is currently an associate at Venture Friends a venture capital fund in Athens, Greece. He was Head of Strategy and Finance at Quiqup, a tech and logistics start-up in London, and also worked in structuring and transaction execution at capinvest, a financial and investment management firm. He has a BS in Math and Economics from London School of Economics, and an MS in finance from the Imperial College Business School.

Lee Tabas is President of Tabas Funding Ltd and is an expert in community banking and entrepreneurship. For 30 years, he grew from bank trainee to bank president, and under his leadership, Royal Bank of Pennsylvania (acquired by Bryn Mawr Trust in 2017) grew from $20 million in assets to $500 million. He has served as trusted advisor to bankers, and has invested in several small businesses through Tabas Funding Ltd.
