The panelists share what led them to apply for supervision training, their experiences during the training and how the training has impacted their work in their respective ministries. The group also discuss the joys, benefits and challenges of undertaking supervision training, and their experiences and future plans regarding supervision in their respective ministries. The conversation ends with a reflection on the impact of pastoral supervision on their lives and the importance of noticing and responding to the needs of others in everyday life.
