Melissa feels bad that her kids are sad so she decides to brave a trip to Five Below for candy and coloring books. That was a bust so Amanda gives her tips on how to deal with the panic attack aftermath. “What do you see? What’s the worst case scenario?” The only problem with this strategy is Melissa only sees coronavirus. Elsewhere in this amazing episode, Amanda hates cooking and luckily for her, she married The Sexiest Man Alive who knows his way around a kitchen and makes flavorful meals that don’t taste like a pile of oregano! Melissa and Amanda have hit a goal with the podcast which feels like tiny success might be afoot. While exciting, it makes Melissa kinda uncomfortable, which brings the friendly strangers to a deep discussion about Amanda’s (now medicated) anxiety. Amanda describes seeking help for an unhealthy, obsessive routine she created to keep her kids healthy. Note: Melissa (currently not medicated) was jotting down the amazing routine, naturally, because with these two it’s a match, but kinda not. As mothers, they also discuss managing children who feel anxious or have been bullied.
