This week we're talking about all things advice related, namely where and whom do we get advice from, how do we go about seeking advice, what are the different ways we get advice from folks, and even what are some helpful things to keep in mind about giving advice if you do so.

This week we're discussing different forms of motivation, specifically being goal-oriented or process-oriented. We get into why we work so differently, and how we try to figure out what works for us, as well as navigating the pressures of how we feel we "should" work.
