Impermanence also reminds us of the fleeting nature of life. It reveals itself in the moments when we curiously wonder in relation to the day, the week; sometimes its a month or decade and ask, “Where has the time gone?”
The definition of impermanence is non permanent – transient - witnessed most accurately as the passage of time. It is the precious nature of life that reveals its simplicity; its fleeting power, yet significant moments that reveal what is priceless now and in each moment that we live - our attention to here and now.
In this podcast episode Q & A ('ask dorothy'), I share my client Neela's story as she visits her ailing father and how she relearns the beauty of living in each precious moment of life; here and now.
