By providing opportunities for job crafting employers can help employees regain a sense of control and purpose in their work, leading to greater job satisfaction and engagement. Employers would further benefit from increased productivity and creativity from employees were more engaged and motivated. Job crafting is an important tool for employees and employers especially to support employees that are returning to work after burn out.
