Strong daily routines and habits are the most simple life hacks to success. By planning your day and structuring it with purpose, you minimize wasted time and ensure you are doing what's needed in order to achieve your goals.

In today's episode, Wayne walks you through his daily routine so that you may use it as a model to build your own habits off of, as well as gives a few actionable life hacks that will make the process of solidifying your habits easy and painless.

The Daily Routine:

  • 6:15am - Wake up, brush teeth, chug water
  • 6:20 - Meditate (using the apps "Calm" or "Oak"
  • 6:40 - Hit the gym (listen to music, podcasts, or Audible)
  • 7:50 - Breakfast (Oatmeal and protein shake)
  • 9 - Plan my day and grind in the office
  • 1:30pm - Lunch + 10min walk
  • 4pm - 'Shake it out' / meditate
  • 6:30pm - Head home to chill (frisbee, read, make dinner, etc.)
  • 9pm - Grind
  • 11pm - All technology turns off
  • 11pm - Read or meditate
  • Sleep
  • Repeat
