When it comes to food, most of us eat until we can't move, then complain about how much we ate. It's a pretty viscous cycle. The thing we have to remember is not to deprive ourselves of food, just me mindful of the food that we choose. It's natural to get hungry throughout the day, you're not crazy or alone in this situation, we just need to focus on the right kind of food.
