On this episode of Important Miscellaneous Talks your host Glassford Crossfield and his guests Dayvon, Marcus, Yanni, and Jayquan talk about why some people demonize black men being in relationship with white women. We also touched on the justifications on why some black women act the way they do, and in these scenarios is there some self hate involved.
These topics are important to talk about in our community because too often black people that disagree with the consensus opinion get unnecessary backlash. My platform will be used to discuss uncomfortable topics that shed light on all opinions in an attempt to bring people together.

On this episode of Important Miscellaneous Talks, your host Glassford Crossfield and his guests, Dayvon, and Jayquan all talk about the impact of cultural appropriation.
Is cultural appropriation as bad as people say?
Is there a proper way to appropriate?
We all appropriate a culture to some degree, why do we only care when it's black and white?

On this episode of Important Miscellaneous Talks your host Glassford Crossfield and his guests talk about whose job is it to make sure the woman reaches her pinnacle in the bedroom. Most people will probably say the man, but to my surprise it was actually some women who says that it's the woman's responsibility to make sure that they arrive. I found that very interesting because I always thought it was the man's responsibility. We also talked about how and why the "Netflix and Chill" came to be, and who is responsible for it. This was certainly an entertaining episode filled with laughs, new found knowledge, and thought provoking conversations.

On this episode of Important Miscellaneous Talks your host Glassford Crossfield and his guests Modesty, Ty, Safiya, African Prince, and Tyrel talked about some of their crazy and truly unbelievable experiences in middle school. We also had a debate on which borough is better, Queens or Brooklyn? (Queens won that debate without question.) Throughout some of the most outrageous comments, the infamous "treesh" Jakima came up in conversation. Prior to this conversation I had no recollection as to who Jakima was, and boy did this conversation get far too interesting after she was brought up.
I strongly suggest that you sit back, relax, and enjoy this tiny piece of New York culture as we take you on a journey on how some of the kids here grow up.

On this episode of IMT your host Glassford Crossfield, and his guests Tyrel, African Prince, and Safiya talk about when do men decide to take the necessary accountability for the things that they do. We also discussed what is considered a high body count for men and women, the roles that society has placed on men and women, and what kind of women deserve Queen treatment. This was another interesting take on how the different views between genders can cause a miscommunication. Play this in the background as you complete your daily chores, share, and as always I sincerely appreciate each and every single one of you.
