On this momentous edition of Impossible, we’re joined by a timely, legendary leader. Meet Sally Susman; a former midwestern gal, mother, proud wife, and Pfizer’s Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. In the past few years, Sally’s career exceeded her wildest expectations when she went on to helm the project of a lifetime with her world-class team: developing the world’s leading COVID vaccine amid a life-altering pandemic.
Listen as Sally pulls back the curtain on what it was like to overcome the impossible in racing against the clock to mass-produce a life-saving vaccine to fight COVID-19. In the past year, Forbes named Sally one of the World’s Most Influential CMOs for leading Pfizer’s brand evolution and communicating the story around the company’s internationally-dispersed vaccine.
Aside from Sally’s stacked professional resume, she has created space for LGBTQ+ professionals to show up as their full, authentic selves in the workplace — without shame or stigma. Above all, Sally strives to lead with kindness daily. In her words, “The kinder you are, the more you will soar.”
This episode is jam-packed with moving stories including: crushing setbacks, moments of growth, and immense triumph. Buckle up for our biggest Impossible episode to date. Our world is a better place because of Sally and we’re so honored to have her on Impossible!

How does a kid raised from the projects land Louis Vuitton as one of the first clients and go on to be the founder of over 14 hospitality groups? Only a visionary like Tracey Ryans could pull that off.
Born in Springfield, Massachusetts to ‘two of the smartest kids in the projects,’ Tracey recognized at a young age that he had a knack for solving problems — a skill that would later make him an incredibly successful businessman. He spent his earlier years avidly reading, traveling the world, and working just about every job you could imagine in the pursuit to find himself and uncover what deeply inspired him.
Once he founded the Tracey Ryans Agency, Tracey quickly made a name for himself by throwing bombastic events that connected brands and businesses back to people and community in creative, authentic ways.
Highlights from Tracey’s incredible list of accomplishments include co-owning beloved NYC La Esquina, Miss Lily’s, and 11 other hospitality groups, working with high-end clients including Nike, MoMa, SoHo House, and dozens more, and serving on boards like The Brooklyn Zen Center and The New Museum. Tracey is also a member of social impact company Hive, which helps individuals and entities maximize their social impact while building brands.
Tracey has left an undeniable mark in the luxury marketing, fashion, and art worlds. He constantly strives to elevate the voices and ideas of other brilliant visionaries with his highly regarded influence. He’s one of the best at putting power behind action for the greater good.

Brace yourselves for the wealth of knowledge and treasure trove of wisdom that is Raegan L. Burden. From a young age, Raegan knew she had the unique ability to bring out authenticity in others, and she let that gift guide her in finding her own life’s purpose: to help improve the lives and health of women holistically — especially Black women.
On this episode of Impossible, hear how Raegan’s work as an educator, culturalist, & advocate is teaching women to better advocate and to tackle challenges life throws on the course, no matter the “ism” attached. Get to know her on a personal level as she opens up about her foundational adolescence in North Carolina, the heart-shattering loss of both parents, and how she overcame catastrophic muscle failure and thyroid cancer to become a ‘walking miracle.’
To drive it home: Raegan is living, breathing proof that anything is possible, and she believes YOU are too. We promise you’ll end this episode feeling more enriched and motivated to either find your purpose in life or to be excellent in your purpose.

How many people can say they turned their life-long dreams into a reality and full-blown career? Meet former National Hockey League goalie, ESPN & NHL Network hockey analyst Kevin Weekes. At age 5, Kevin knew he wanted to be a professional goalie, and he diligently worked his way into playing 348 games in the NHL. These days, you can catch him on tv almost every night, a boundary he broke as the first Black analyst in NHL history and as a league ambassador. And if that wasn't already impressive enough, Weekes constantly uses his platform for advocacy, believing we can all use our voices for change. In this edition of Impossible, Weekes unpacks how he navigated life as a first-generation kid to Bajan immigrant parents in Canada, racism in a predominately white sport, setbacks, heartaches, and all the highs and lows sprinkled throughout his trail to success. And did we mention he’s engaged to Impossible co-host Megan Rokosh? Talk about hitting the jackpot.
This episode is overflowing with motivational anecdotes, wisdom, and all that feel-good inspiration that makes the world go round. Sit back and enjoy this micro-masterclass in turning big, seemingly impossible dreams into reality as told by an NHL legend.
