It's officially 2024, and we're diving into the first episode of the year with some chats about imposter syndrome , cringing about self promotion, being delulu, and going through different phases in life. Reflecting on 2023, a slower year brought valuable self-reflection and clarity. Life has its cycles, and even in the slower times, there's purpose. Embracing the ebb and flow is key.The message: don't dwell on the past. Nostalgia for a previous version of ourselves is natural, but our journey is forward.
