Imposter Syndrome with Arianna Bradford

Listen Later

This week on the podcast we are talking about Imposter Syndrome; what it is, where it stems from and how it creeps into our lives without us knowing.
We look at racial identity and how it plays a role in imposter syndrome. We talk about some of the habits, women of color especially have developed that play a role in the imposter syndrome. We talk about difference between arrogancy and surety and the role insecurities play in mislabeling people. We also share some tangible suggestions on how to minimize imposter syndrome based on things we are both doing to help us with that.
Arianna is an ADHD coach, writer, speaker and amateur herbalist with way more interests than there is space to write about them. She's been a parenting writer, an anti racism educator, and a panelist in local discussions around all of the above. She's been seen in HuffPost, Parents, the Chive, and host of other publications.
