This week on the podcast we are talking about Imposter Syndrome; what it is, where it stems from and how it creeps into our lives without us knowing.
We look at racial identity and how it plays a role in imposter syndrome. We talk about some of the habits, women of color especially have developed that play a role in the imposter syndrome. We talk about difference between arrogancy and surety and the role insecurities play in mislabeling people. We also share some tangible suggestions on how to minimize imposter syndrome based on things we are both doing to help us with that.
