Impromptu episode: about joy, decluttering and creating space
So... Since before Autumn started, I have been playing around with the idea of following Marie Kondo's method and declutter my home. You know, making piles of my belonging and then sorting them out. Getting rid of some, giving away some, and throwing away my underwear with holes haha!
When I started this magical experience I had an idea... an idea that until the moment I recorded this episode was the very thing stopping me from my ultimate goal.
During this episode, very improvised, I walk you through *this is my poor attempt to make a pun because I am actually walking as I record this episode* my train of thoughts.
I hope you forgive me for not editing the part where I have to yell at Alfonzo and I wish you a lovely rest of your day.
Remember, it is ok to change our plans if that means we are building our road towards joy.
