We discuss the Doctor attempting to escape his Earth exile, but wibbily-wobblies his way into an alternate dimension where Britain is run by an authoritarian regime similar to "1984" or a particular German variety. Colin just wants a simple explanation of the poorly-explained pseudo-science, whereas Brian is just tired of 7-episode serials (SPOILER: this is the last one, we promise).
