I had the pleasure of talking to one of the young raising stars of the emergency management world Dakota Duncan. In his short time on the job in the EM world Dakota has made a huge impact. He is driven and excels at what he does. 
Dakota  currently serves as the Division Chief over emergency management for the Missouri City Fire and Rescue department. Serving as the city Emergency Manager for the citizens and officials of Missouri City, Texas.
