This weeks podcast is about a really awful week that I had, my Fell pony became really ill while I was at work and I was also really ill.
It makes you realise that you can go from 100% to 10% in the space of a day and it has made me appreciate my health and that I need to ensure that I am living in the present moment and not thinking about the past or the present.

Having a great team around me ensured that I was able to carry on and my pony got the treatment that he needed.
