Flo is a Midwife and an Integral Pelvic Therapy practitioner (IPT). She offers IPT sessions for women in the UK and the Netherlands. IPT is a form of bodywork which aims to optimise pelvic health for women: it restores balance, raises bodily awareness, and connection with oneself. 

Flo is passionate about IPT as it’s a gateway to women embodying their feminine power, healing deep wounds and trauma, and living a more connected, balanced and pleasurable life. After just one session women describe feeling: softness, relaxation, restoration, strengthened, released, self-gratitude and love, openness, energised, and seen.
