Chris has a moment of clarity on time.

Kwame is still in Texas and his voice is back in full swing. Baby shower goodness and a yearning for listening. Chris took a mental break and binged Netflix all weekend after a productive week finding out about his diabetes and potential next steps. In this episode they explore what it means to keep the podcast going even after missing a meetup. Sometimes you just need rest.

It’s the first Monday that Kwame and Chris didn’t come together at the beginning of the week, enjoy in between time in this episode. Chris walks to work a few days, and understands he is parenting his inner child. Kwame joins at the end of the week unleashing a sermon to to thy self be true.
