Well, the time has come. We are saying good-bye soon to our fellow snobs and it’s getting sad around here. But tonight, we have started ETHAN WEEK and he has chosen a very funny and yet serious film that we all love…a film by Martin McDonagh called, “In Bruges.” This film is filled with hilarious one liners, action, shoot-outs, brilliant performances, and deals with suicide. This film also handles some fairly problematic material but manages to weave a story that is both entertaining and hard to look away from. Set in the dream-like land of Belgium, Colin Farrell and Brendan Gleeson steal the show as they stumble through a weekend away. The snobs loved talking through one of Ethan’s top 4 on Letterboxd and we hope you enjoy it as well.
