Most importantly a trend has begun with social media that has blend itself with depression and mental health.  Most people know about it and others are too afraid to speak up with fear that it can lead to further bullying for it.  Creatives are some of the most forward thinking people, and most of the time we are on our phones or computers gathering all kinds of info or content from others to catch an idea to spark something for ourselves.  

In the midsts of all this happening, there are times we get caught in a social media black hole and it is hard for most of us to get out of it.  I want to shed light on that, and let others know its ok to talk and find ways to get out of that rut.  From filmmakers, to youtubers, and podcasters we all have a time when we get caught by the surge of false sense of belonging, or accomplishment.
