An entrepreneur and a visionary, Ronan is one the founders of Field Trip. Concurrent with his work at Field Trip, he is a partner at Grassfed Ventures, a venture capital and advisory firm focused on the cannabis and biotech industries and is Chief Strategy Officer and Member of the Board of Directors for Trait Biosciences Inc., a leading biotech company in the hemp and cannabis industries. Prior to his current roles, Ronan (along with Joseph, Hannan and Ryan) co-founded Canadian Cannabis Clinics and CanvasRx Inc., the latter of which was acquired by Aurora Cannabis Inc. (NYSE: ACB) in 2016, after which he served as Senior Vice President, Business and Corporate Affairs for Aurora. During her residency training, she served as the administrative chief resident as well as the chief resident of the Baylor Psychiatry Clinic. Dr. Prashad has been in private practice in the Houston area since 2011. She also utilizes deep TMS and esketamine in her practice for treating treatment resistant disorders. Larry Zeifman has over three decades of experience auditing and advising public and private companies. After leaving a ‘Big Four’ firm in 1985 to join Zeifmans, Larry served as the firm’s Managing Partner from 1988 until 2009 and continues to serve on its management committee.

Larry Zeifman is an active community volunteer. He is a past president of his synagogue, Beth Avraham Yoseph of Toronto (Canada’s largest Orthodox synagogue), is the Chairman of the Orthodox Union in Canada, and is a former Vice President of B’nai Brith Canada.

His passion for, and interest in, the State of Israel, and his years of extensive global travel have helped Zeifmans’ clients do business successfully in Israel and other world markets. Larry was a member of former Prime Minister Harper’s delegation for his January 2014 trip to Israel and has been a frequent delegate to the World Zionist Congress.
