The objective is to end the darkness of SI (&amp; HI when people hurt they hurt others) and change society by teaching self-assessment tools that quantify behavior making it measurable &amp; thus changeable, identify sensory to remove stigma of mental health specifically ptsd &amp; better understand what is a true support/advocate/friend to minimize "noise" (complaints; trauma-bonding when used to manipulate) &amp; increase getting IT done.
