I have an amazing episode for you today and I’m so excited to introduce to you my guest, Erika Cramer, AKA The Queen of Confidence. With her global Sistahood program, Erika is all about empowering women to stand in their confidence and she is a woman whom I greatly admire. She is not only an amazing businesswoman, she is a standout human being who talks the talk and walks the walk.

In this episode, I chat with Erika about doing the inner work on a personal level and how this has a direct impact on the life of your business. I can certainly testify to this with my experience as I have been honing in on my own life. The upleveling in my business has been incredible.

We talk about priorisiting ourselves, how it’s not selfish and why so many women feel guilty for taking time to focus on themselves. It really isn’t selfish though. When you deal with the things in your life, you become a better person and are therefore able to make a better impact in the world.

Erika shares some simple steps to take to get started and I cannot recommend her book, Confidence Feels Like Shit enough. Make sure you get yourself a copy.
