In Episode Five I talk about Mental Health. This subject is all around us. It took me by surprise when my wife became mentally ill. I felt isolated when mental health services intervened. They then referred me to Making spaces. It provides Carer Support workers for those that are looking after mentally ill relatives or friends and provides residential, respite and day care services. And is based in Warrington.
