Does creating an effective SEO strategy perplex you?

Is your content consistent across platforms?

I’m chatting today with the founder of Frankly Write, Rachel Rennie. Frankly Write is a copy and brand specialist company that provides services in branding, websites, SEO, and copy services. Rachel is my own copywriter, SEO specialist, and an absolutely integral part of my team. I first met Rachel through my business coach and I had my own preconceived ideas about what hiring a copywriter would entail.

Would they be able to understand my brand and my voice?

I have a rather unique brand as a lawyer without all of the jargon, so I was very doubtful in the beginning. But when I started reading Rachel’s content and website, I completely understood why it is so important to have a copywriter in my team and immediately wanted her to overhaul my entire website.

Rachel shares with us the process she goes through when learning a client’s authentic voice and brand values. I know from firsthand experience, the extensive questionnaire she has developed to learn everything about your personality. This data enables her to create consistency across your media and ensure content is in alignment with your brand voice strategy.

Rachel advises us to look for a vibe and a connection when searching for a copywriter. We finish up by discussing the best and worst business advice she has received and what she would tell her younger self.

Enjoy!
