Sam is a Level 2 certified NATLIFECOACH, a certified Wim Hof Method Level 2 Instructor and a Holistic Lifestyle Coach at the Chek Institute.

On this week’s powerful episode of the NatLifePod, Sam and I discuss his passion and love of the cold and his ethos which surrounds the interconnectedness of life and how through conscious consistent practice with various FREE modalities we can find a deeper connection to our inner & outer worlds and thus attain the profound benefits this connection has to offer.

We unpack the vast benefits of Nature Therapy, Cold Water Therapy and Breath Work and how beneficial these powerful practices are for our physical, social, spiritual and mental health and well-being.

At the time of this conversation, Sam and his partner Yana were expecting their 2nd child and within just a few days of Sam calmly unpacking his partners relationship with the breath for child birth, Sam and Yana welcomed their new Son Jude into the world.
