We had the opportunity to talk with Paul surrounding about his experience with Australia Post after his first 6 months in the job, his favourite sport, which, as it turns out, is all sports! We also chat about Paul’s advocacy for mental health and the programs associated with this, alongside some insight into the appointment of Australia Posts Chief Mental Health Officer and how this will be able to help the broader Australia Post community. Paul also shared with us what’s on the horizon for where Australia Post will be in the next 5 years and what his focus points would be.
