No mater what the news says you have to be able to look at a chart and see what the price actually trading at. Price is what is actually happening now. Are you in a winning or losing position? I want you to know. 

This is first week of the new year. You don't have to be the first one in, but you do have to have a system you can be consistent with. You have to be able to execute without hesitation. You can do it. I know you can. We create winning positions, add to them, and defend them with tight stop.

It can't go down forever. No one is excited about this trading year. What is going to be the thing that stops the selling? The Fed keep raising interest rates, and the war in Ukraine still rages on. These were the two things that really messed up 2022. At best it will trade sideways all year, but even that is hopeful wishing. We don't trade on hope.
