This week we're talking about body image. Listen in to hear us talk about our relationship with our own bodies, plastic surgery, eating disorders and post baby bodies. Oh, and who says men can't wear sexy underwear? 

This week is all about periods! A topic that is usually considered taboo but is something we should all talk about. What sanitary products do we use? Do we have sex on our period? You'll have to listen to find out. We also have special guest Alex, a transgender man talking about his experience with periods and how we can be more inclusive.

Here at in her shoes we believe we don’t speak nearly enough about women’s issues. Whether that’s entering male-dominated work spaces or even the more taboo topics like periods, sex, and consent and all that lovely stuff. We’re here to (hopefully) shed a light on these issues while making you feel like you’re part of our little girl gang.
