With eyes going dim, what brilliance can be seen? All this dimness in perception can be traced back to the fall. Why do people faint and lose hope? It's because they see, but dimly. Their perceptions of the life designed for them in Christ Jesus are no longer as sharp or bright. They have been overtaken by life's events. Jesus came so that He might effectively put an end to this dimness that the fall created. Anything that leads to blindness cannot be a good thing. God wants us to see and see clearly.
Dim eyes are not just natural, they are symbolic spiritually also because our lives ought to be filled with EFFULGENCE, such that we see and perceive in the light of what is in God's will for us. Brightness is brilliance and God designed our lives to be lived from a place of brilliance in our perception, intuition, and revelation knowledge.
