Today, as we continue in our "Quittin Ain't In Your Blood" series,, we will discuss a common obstacle that presents itself and often convinces many to quit in the pursuit of their goal.
More often than we'd care to admit, we accepted a standard for achievement which falls far below where it should be. Resultantly, it has become too easy for us to quit short of accomplishing what we set out to achieve. Let's see how we can change this.
We'd all agree that daily life offers many opportunities that create unhealthy stress within. What do you do in order to regulate yourself and keep from either imploding or exploding behind rising pressures?
After a defeat or disappointment there must understandably be time allotted to heal. But, then you must get back into the game with the same drive that you had before the setback. Don't you dare allow yourself to shrink back and now settle for less!!
Most often when you encounter difficulty in life you desperately pray, "Lord, please get me out of this mess!" Did you know that that may not be what God wants to do in your situation??
Be mindful that sometimes the advice that you receive from others may not work for you according to where you currently are and the issues that you are dealing with. They mean well but are speaking from their current position. You are simply not there yet! Listen to God's tailor made instructions for you.
We have grown to see the importance of keeping our cell phones charged up and even fully charged as much as possible. Listen in as we discover the parallels with our spiritual lives!
Are you truly able to reach out with the love of God to ALL people? The Lord expects nothing less.
