Man was created in God's image, but he fell and lost that image. Christ however, came to restore that which was lost. It is as we behold Jesus that we're transformed into His Image. "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord."
