Write down the words it whispers to you and the situation that birthed it. 🖊️ This simple exercise serves dual purposes: it helps us understand how our daily routines impact our mental health, and it allows us to identify our triggers. 🎯 Many of us try to reshape our thoughts, but to truly transform them, we need to identify and understand their root causes. So let's try to uncover our triggers this week. We might just find that knowing our triggers and planning how to navigate them is more effective than simply trying to change our thoughts.
