In this episode I talk about the importance of mental health. I give some of the unhealthy ways we process our emotions such as: Stuffer, Soothers, and Spewers. I also provide some healthy ways to maneuver unhealthy emotions by getting support, journaling, exercise, seeking healthy ways to process or work through emotions. Proverbs 12:25 tells us that anxiety in the heart causes depression, but a good word makes it glad. So, the good news is that a good word can helps us combat anxiety which is rooted in uncertainty, worry, doubt, and negative thoughts about our worth or value.
