The gift of forgiveness and understanding and how we're all human. Additionally, I talk about the gift and curse of our egos and how the protect us from pain when it's too much to bear.

This is heavily about my relationship--and the lack thereof--with my dad, how I grew to understand where he was coming from and found empathy and the joy and pain that comes with losing someone you love, again, for the final time.
