If you’re facing a deep and painful battle today, this is for you. You. Are. Not. Alone. Though it may feel like it at times, you are never forsaken. The Creator of the Universe is with you right now at this moment. So as you listen to Pastor Mike in today’s message, pay close attention. There is no battle too great that God would not fight for you. There is not one mountain too high, that God would not climb to reach you. There is nothing that can hinder the love God has for you. He is on your side.

Too often the human race tends to think the worst of one another and it’s easy to do. Everyone has their own way of doing things and everyone has their own way of saying things. Each person has their own morals and their own belief system and this can cause division. But God didn’t intend for division. In fact, His heart is for unity. In today’s message, Pastor Mike will emphasize that God’s heart is for togetherness. So take a moment today and love your neighbor as yourself. Live in unity.

Kindness can be hard to receive, but it can also be difficult to give. David was known to be a man after God’s own heart, and for great reason. Though he made his fair share of mistakes, he understood that love is the heart of God. And just like David showed kindness to those considered less than him, Christ also shows you great kindness. Isn’t that a beautiful truth to soak in today? Jesus chooses to love you, even in all your mess.

Today Pastor Mike reminds us that the real battle we face is a spiritual one. Consider this, when you feel like you're being attacked by someone. Most of the time, people just aren't aware that it is the enemy that is stirring them up against you. And, when you feel yourself being stirred up against another, ask the Lord to show you, if it the accuser of the brethren, attempting to divide the body of Christ. Sometimes the devil wants you to take the bait and begin to attack, in order to destroy your testimony.

One of the names of God is Jehovah Nissi, meaning God provides. In His message today, Pastor Mike reminds you, that everything you have, has been given to you by God. What you need for your livelihood, and what you need to live a life pleasingly before Him, He provides. What He provides will multiply, if we simply give back to Him, to honor Him. It's like the parable of the talents – when you invest what He gives you in His kingdom, you will reap heavenly returns.

Do you ever feel like God is not really there for you when it seems like your whole world is crumbling around you? Today, Pastor Mike tells us that sometimes we can't see the big picture, of what God is doing. Isaiah writes, that God's ways are higher, and we can't always understand what He's doing, at a given moment. Our loving Father has a bigger plan, and you're a part of it. He's in control. He also promised that He wouldn't give you more than you can handle. Do you trust Him with your life?

Take a moment to consider the amazing future we have in Christ. As Pastor Mike continues sharing God's Word with us; Today he reminds us of the great promises that God has made to us who believe. Paul writes, in another place, “that, if in this life only, we have hope in Christ, we are of all men, most pitiable.” He goes on to tell us that we will be resurrected by the same power of God that raised Jesus from the dead. Think about what God has done for you! Doesn't that make you want to live for Him?

Do you sometimes feel like your life has gotten away from you? Today, Pastor Mike shares with us the need to press on. Has God told you that He wants you to do something, but it seems like life, or other things just keep it from happening? Realize, that it will happen, in His perfect timing. Where God guides, God provides, is a truth to hold on to - as you travel through life - believing the promises He's made to you. Do you remember how you felt when you first became born again? Today, Pastor Mike tells us, that it's our first love that we can sometimes drift away from, just like in a marriage. It's that feeling of the first blush of love, the desire to be together and to do what pleases your love. Is Jesus your first Love? Is your desire that your every action would be to please Him?
