He uses deceit and temptation to pull you away from truth, from Jesus. Pastor Mike reminds you today that this realm includes good too – and that good is also drawing you to God! Angels of Christ are fighting for your heart, reminding you of the perfect gift that Jesus has given you! Don’t let the enemy gain ground in your life – let the fight for good win!

It’s easy to lose sight of Jesus love for you when you feel like you’ve failed. You have a sin you just can’t walk away from, or you feel like you’ve done too much bad to be forgiven. It’s simply not true, and Pastor Mike will remind you of that today! If you’ve accepted Jesus as your Savior and asked Him to forgive your sins, that’s it! Guess what – God’s commandments are exactly that – commandments! They’re what He’s said, and He expects us to do them. The two main ones you’ve likely heard, and that Pastor Mike will talk about today, are “Love the Lord your God” and “Love your neighbor” – are you doing those two things? Pastor Mike will remind you that God hasn’t left them open for interpretation, or for us to ignore. If you’re a follower of Christ, you need to love God AND love those around you!

At the end of time, when we all stand before the throne of God, He’ll be looking for your name in the book of Life. He’ll want to know if you gave your life to Jesus, and if you’ve asked him to forgive all your sins. If your name is found, you have eternity in Heaven to look forward to! A life with God forever – what a glorious time that will be! However, if your name is not yet written in that book, Pastor Mike wants you to be warned – the future is not one you want to endure. Today is the day to decide to follow Jesus!

Sometimes you may feel like God couldn’t possibly love you! Those secrets you’re trying to keep about your own life and the sins you’ve committed – surely He sees that and wouldn’t want you to be part of His family! If you’re feeling that way today, Pastor Mike has some great news for you – God STILL wants you to be His child! He says you can come to Him and lay those sins at the cross of Jesus. Your hidden mistakes are known already, and you can have them wiped away, today and forever!
