In today's episode we spoke about toxic behaviors, relationships and attractions. Many people do not know that how you were raised, effects your current day relationships. These relationships can vary from your significant other, your friends, and even yourself.
The way out of your suffering can be fixed in the now. Don't wait for changes, you be the change. Your perspective is key to your happiness.
In this episode, I discussed the importance of setting boundaries with yourself. This method of self-control promotes self-growth, maturity, and self development. Sometimes we need to just slow down, stop, and breath. Prioritize your life. Know what it is that you want in life. If you have a goal, take the necessary steps to accomplish that goal. We can not go about life with the preconception thoughts that we have. Sometimes all we know will just not cut it. We have to expand our mindset and experience life and people in several different ways. Surround yourself with people who are in a career of your interest or skill. Change your mindset and adapt to your surroundings. Remember, your past does not dictate who you are as a person. If you are stuck in the past, apart of your heart is blocked. You will not be able to move forward in life until you forgive yourself, your past, and your past self. Take control of your life by being in the present and correcting your habits and thought processes. Accept your reality and never compare yourself to anyone.
Love yourself first and never give up on yourself no matter what. Patience is key.

Have you ever wondered why you always had the same issues about the same thing all the time? Do you see a pattern in your life?
We have to be aware of what we do and the things we say to people. Again, it starts with self. Setting boundaries is extremely helpful. This reduces the risk of time being wasted and an increase in maturity level. Do not ignore the signs or red flags that you see within others and yourself. Protect your peace and give your energy to the things that matter. The Universe will continue to put you through these lessons until you learn. Lessons can range from you learning to stop being selfish, to stop being lazy, giving excuses, blaming others, being stubborn, being reckless, being in drama, starting drama, being childish, etc. There is good karma and bad karma. Which one are you going to choose? What's done in the dark will come to light. Be true to yourself and to others. Your decisions may not effect you. They may effect your loved ones, kids, friends, your job, your mental, and so much more.
Growth comes from within.
Take control of your life.

Does one love language matter more than the other? What is most important to you?
In this episode, the topic of love language is discussed between having a balance of all five languages than one. You have to love yourself and treat yourself how you would like to be treated. That way when you decide to bring someone into your life, you will not be asking for something that is impossible or hard to achieve. Two people make up a relationship and two people will always have the choice to either make it work or not. All in all, treat your lover how you will like be treated and keep the reciprocity going and never stop.
It starts with self. In order to achieve your goals, its necessary to set a goal setting list. its helpful to challenge yourself to get these things done without procrastinating. If you have goals and aspirations you want to achieve, how far will you go to achieve them? What sacrifices will you make?
It's normal to find yourself stuck or unmotivated but, you have to uplift yourself. No one is going to care as much about your passion. No one is going to be passionate as you are about what you love.
Once you develop a strong sense of belief, trust, and consistency with yourself, it's time to look into your circle.
You have to ask yourself:
These are all a few questions to really ask yourself about people you hang around. When you are down, you'd like to call that friend who can console you and uplift you. As long as you develop that strong bond built on trust and authenticity...You are destined for greatness.
Your circle is supposed to build you up, not tear you down.
Protect your peace and get that money.
In this podcast, I speak about some of my personal experiences and how I persevered though all my challenges. Being resilient was my bread and butter throughout my whole process of my life and career. I never gave up on myself because I knew what I wanted in life. No matter what challenges I faced, I pushed through. Some people think being successful is easy, but its not. Success comes with growth and maturity. You will be put into situations where you have to learn, grow, and reflect so you can get to the next chapter within your life and career. We have to stop rushing to be someone and somewhere when we are not ready. Stay in the present to feel, love, and reflect. Everything happens for a reason. When we look at life as a blessing, our lessons will not be as harsh as they may seem. Blessings in disguise come in all forms of life. Whether its a baby, a promotion, wealth, luck, new job opportunities, and many more!
Stay resilient, tenacious, and genuine in your approach in life. Uplift yourself. Push your limits. Get out of your comfort zone. You are blessed and highly favored.
