We all have a voice in the back of our heads. Sometimes that voice tells us to do a Thing, other times it tells us that Thing is not a great idea... It's your guide... your personal sherpa. It always tells you which direction to move in.
That voice has different volume levels based on the season. Right now, I'm in a very loud season. In fact, the volume is at an 11 (sorry if the Spinal Tap reference went over your head). It got so loud I couldn't hear the most important voice -- my own. It's time to turn that voice down.
