Tara and I have known each other and I was adding this up before over 10 years, which is kind of crazy. So we've really gotten to watch each other go through. I would say go through an interesting transitions in our lives. So I met Tara, when we were both bartending on the Jersey Shore. Shameless plug for GMOs Bar and Grill. And I watched her go from, like a girl I was bartending with to this superstar in the fitness world. She has a seven figure, network marketing business. She's actually the one who introduced me to network marketing. She has a dance fitness phenomenon called don t is and truly like, I've gotten to watch her go from the very beginning stages to the place she's in right now. And if you look at her career, I would say over the last couple years, anyone who looks at it would say like, she has a banner career like it's pretty epic. And if you look at just the last nine months, she's having like a banner year, like it's nobody's business. So Tara, I'm really excited for you.

Welcome to the inaugural episode of In my opinion podcast. This has been something that's on my mind in some capacity for quite a while. I think the first time it really started to come to me was in 20, maybe 2015 2016. I was doing a training piece for my company and as I was explaining whatever it was, I was explaining, I don't quite remember it right now. But I ended it was saying this is all my opinion because they I think it's important for people to know there are a million ways to do the exact same thing and my way isn't necessarily the right way. It's just the way that's worked for me. And so as I said that, I also I think I was thinking it and then it came out of my mouth anyway, was, I really wish that someone would give me a platform or asked me to do a training piece that I could call, in my opinion, so I can talk about all of the things that are my opinion. And no one can tell me I'm wrong, because they're my opinion. And this will shock nobody, but nobody came knocking on my door, trying to give that platform to me. So after a couple years, and certainly some soul searching, I have decided to give it to myself. So it's a really humbling and exciting experience to have had an idea and to see it come to fruition in this way, especially as quickly as it has.
