Having any disorders is difficult and most the times we don’t talk about it as a follower of Christ it’s very important to be very honest about the situation that I’m going through and share the issues with those who may be afraid to share that they’re going through it too I wanted to express and talk about my current experience as someone who struggles with an eating disorder, I hope that I was able to help and encourage someone to continue going and pushing through and also stand out for oneself when I comes to taking care of their body

This episode is all about the concept of being a dumb math/pushover finally realizing it and having understanding that as difficult as a difficult you’re not the only one

So I got my test results and they are not nice the results tells me that self-care is definitely needed.

A conversation that needs to occur overcoming the temptation of sex and also realizing your value is in God and that when someone truly respects you they will not take a vantage or break a promise that you have made.

To have moments where you feel the motivated to feel lost feel triggered or to feel nothing feelings that can occur and even as fall of Christ because the ship can get rocky just have to remain faithful in Christ

We live in a society where there’s so many options there’s so many choices there’s so many decisions that are put in our site but you as a person is not an option you were made uniquely your created beautifully and your design with a design but only God knows the plans too. So if he chooses to choose another girl over you it’s OK because you are going to be someone’s number one choice you’re going to be someone’s number one position.

It is what it is in the sense of it is what it is when it comes to life they are going to be ups and downs frustration moments but we can always overcome it

Sometimes we feel lonely sometimes we get upset for no reason sometimes we are angry and feeling content and sometimes it all stems from unforgiveness. We get lost in our own forgiveness to the point that we live in the past as the person or the people who caused the pain walk forward live in Life’s remember to keep pushing and that you’re not alone

Every human is unique for a reason every human has a story that is different for a reason because we are made in but as one of a kind

There are times that we have the change of perspective to understand the full picture of the story that we’re in. How do you react gives that person power. Which is why we’re supposed to be still and listen because that person will expose himself. Remember life is a journey full of situations I will come knocking on your door and if you allow everything to enter through that door it will lead you towards sorrow.
