What happens when a serious country songwriter of more than thirty years like Eric Zanetis partners with the totally blind founder of Prosomawi Media who sang "Gonna Be a Videotape" (parody of "Gonna Be a Beautiful Day" by The Karlssons) at Dumb Parody Ideas 2018? Well, a professional and totally normal-sounding country song, until the lyrics come in, of course! After all, not only did I write a whole bunch of parodies and probably over a thousand mini-parodies, but I'm also a poet! Well, I guess one day I brought a stack of poems to the recording session, and for a reason I can't explain, I took one of the poems I hoped to publish in a children's poetry book with me. And if this reminds you of any Jack Prelutsky poems, well, I was revisiting a lot of those poems in 2021 when I wrote this. But even Prelutsky just couldn't get himself to make the celebrity references.
