A common theme around being in your twenties, is the fear that you won’t make it in life. That you’ll never reach your goals, dreams or aspirations. We have this sense of eagerness, impatience and anxiety revolving our life or the life we thought we would have at this age. But life doesn’t necessarily work out that way. So how old is too old? Let’s get into that.

In this first episode, we decided to be super homegrown and authentic by recording in a place we both enjoy, which is by the water. We wanted to come on here and introduce ourselves to you all. We started this podcast together because we share so many things in common and because we both love to talk. We hope you join us on this journey and have fun growing with us, In Our Twenties.

Take time to reflect on your days, take time to think about all you’ve accomplished and keep less focus on what you haven’t accomplished !! Pay attention to the effort rather than the outcomes !!! This episode is all about shadow work and re learning ourselves after repressing our emotional self and trying to gain approval from others by doing so.
