“It's all about the courage to believe in a higher consciousness. The easy part is being out of the body, connecting with spirit.

The hard part is being in our body daily, moving through the noise. And again, he is using this not speaking as himself, but for everyone. We are here to teach you the ease, the quiet, and the noise. We are here to show you. That everything is just as it is supposed to be. Allow us to be accepting different, accepting, unknown, accepting crazy, letting go of the way things are supposed to look and allow the way they are.

Understanding that connecting to spirit doesn't require anything spiritual or mental. It only requires transcendence. Connecting with animals, nature and quiet helps you remember. That is spirit, that is healing, that is remembering in all of us. The womb. Love, love, love. The courage to believe that you, meaning everyone, can remember.”
