I almost said no to my best client

Last week I sat at a client's kitchen table. She had done a full year in The Revolution, built a business from nothing, and wanted to step into the Leader Circle. And I told her I wasn't sure.

In this episode I take you through why. What the Leader Circle actually asks of a woman, why good work is not the same as ready and the one pattern I see in almost every woman at this exact point: building the form before the depth has caught up.

I also say something out loud that I see everywhere in this field. Women teaching other women to come home to their body, to rest, to feel, while their own rent is paid by someone else. You cannot teach freedom in the body while money is still a stress trigger in yours. They're the same nervous system.

I learned something that changed how I move through hard seasons for good. In this episode, I share what really happened after his passing, why I invested in a mentor two weeks into grief and why healing and building were never meant to happen in sequence. Er is een website opgedoken waar mannen leren hoe ze vrouwen kunnen sederen en s*ks*eel misbruik van ze kunnen maken. Meer dan 62 miljoen bezoekers. En heel eerlijk mijn eerste reactie was niet eens dat ik geschokt was.

Ik ben 42, 11 jaar single en heb teveel gezien, gevoeld en ervaren om hier geschokt over te zijn.

Het punt is dit: Terwijl zij academies bouwen, blijven wij helen. Alsof wij het probleem zijn dat opgelost moet worden.

In deze episode praat ik over waarom het stoppen met helen niet betekent dat je stopt met groeien. Het betekent dat je begint met leiden. Vanuit je wonden en de wijsheid die daaruit is geboren. Vanuit je stem die een plek verdient.

Jij was nooit het probleem. En het is tijd dat je dat gaat leven.
